Note: Orders that contain more than one item will be assigned a different processing period for each item.
Before shipping Our team will conduct an exhaustive inspection of the products you have ordered. The majority of orders will be shipped within 48 hours. The delivery time will be between 3-7 working days.
Returns
The stock is constantly changing. It's not completely managed by us, since we're involved with several organizations, such as the factory and our storage. The levels of stock can change at any given time. Please be aware that it's possible for your order to become unavailable even after you have placed the order.
Our policy is valid for 30 days. If the 30 days have elapsed since you purchased your item, we will not be able to give you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same state as when you received it. It must also be in the original package.
